This is the Animal's line Exo series transmission cross member.  This cross member is built based on the Energy Suspension 3.1108 mount. It will fit a number of GM transmissions by sliding the cross member forwards or back in your frame and drilling four(4) 3/8" holes for mounting. Shims are included for between the cross member and trans mount to correct for drive line angle issues should there be any. Templates are included to assist in drilling mounting holes. Dual exhaust cutouts leave lots of room for exhaust coming off long tube headers or other options (see product photos for example)

 

The cross member is extremely light and very strong.

 

The cross member is plasma CNC cut, fitted, mig welded and powder coated all in house.

 

We have fitted and installed the cross member in a 63-72 frame and 73-87 frame.

  • 700r4

  • 200r4

  • 4L60e

  • 4L80e

  • 6L80e

  • 6L90e

  • AR5

  • Should have no issue with other GM transmissions that accept the Energy Suspension 3.1108 mount

 

 

NOTE: Paired with our LSx swap engine mounts and this cross member, a 6L80/90e 6 speed automatic WILL clear the bottom of the cab in a 73-87 squarebody application with lots of room.

    What time frame do I have to report a shortage or a claim?  

    Any shortages or claims must be reported within 15 days. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. No returns accepted after 30 days. No returns on special orders, custom parts, electrical parts, installed or altered parts. A 20% restocking fee applies to correctly shipped items that are returned within 30 days. Restocking fee will be waived if return is accompanied by a new order with a value of $25 more than the returned order.   NO EXCEPTIONS

     

    I ordered the wrong part can I exchange it?  

    Yes, we offer customers a free exchange for a period of 30 days from date of purchase only if parts have not been used. Parts that have been painted, marked, altered in any way or if any piece is missing will not be accepted for exchange. We will exchange parts for parts and all exchanges must be accompanied by an original invoice and tagged with a reason for return.

     

    Does North Fraser Fabrication offer a parts warranty?  

    YES! All North Fraser Fabrication products are guaranteed for the period of 1 year, to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This guarantee is void in the event of misuse, neglect, improper installation, modification or misdiagnosis. We will replace or repair any product found to be defective at our digression. All warranty claims subject to our inspection and approval process
